  • 1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early luggage drop-off is possible from 12:00 PM.

  • 2. How do I access the apartment?

    Most of our units have smart locks. You’ll receive a unique passcode or key details after confirming your booking.

  • 3. What is your cancellation policy?

    On Airbnb: cancel 30+ days before check-in for a full refund.

    Direct booking: cancel 14+ days before check-in for a full refund.

  • 4. What’s your smoking and visitor policy?

    Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (fine: 5,000 EGP). Visitors must be registered at least 2 hours in advance, with a maximum of 2 visitors allowed per unit. Local policies apply when it comes to mixed genders as visitors. 

  • 5. Do you provide customer support during my stay?

    Yes. Our guest support team is available daily from 10 AM to 10 PM via phone, WhatsApp, or email for anything you need.
